Hazard	Scenario
1. Ethyl Acetate	Splashed into eyes.
2. Separatory Funnel	Leaking 1 M HCl from stopcock.
3. 1 M NaOH	Transferring it from the stockroom bottle to a beaker not wearing gloves.
4. 4-Nitroanaline	Accidental inhalation.

Remember, for each hazard, explain why it is a hazard, the potential danger it poses (ie you will get very sick, have severe burns etc.) and finally how to rectify the situation.
