Hazard	Scenario
1. Needle	Putting the cap back on.
2. Magnesium	Accidentally ingest.
3. Diethyl ether	Heating on a hotplate with exposed wires.
4. Dry Ice	Solid piece held in hand for 2 minutes.

Remember, for each hazard, explain why it is a hazard, the potential danger it poses (ie you will get very sick, have severe burns etc.) and finally how to rectify the situation.
