Hazard	Scenario
1. Methanol	In beaker next to hotplate plugged in sparking outlet.
2. Water	Spill hot water on arm.
3. Thermometer	Breaks in melting point apparatus.
4. Alarm	Told to evacuate the lab due to fire on third floor.

Remember, for each hazard, explain why it is a hazard, the potential danger it poses (ie you will get very sick, have severe burns etc.) and finally how to rectify the situation.
