2. Dimethyl Maleate	Accidental ingestion
3. Dimethyl Fumarate	In test tube with cracked bottom.
4. Dichloromethane	Spilled over benchtop.

Remember, for each hazard, explain why it is a hazard, the potential danger it poses (ie you will get very sick, have severe burns etc.) and finally how to rectify the situation.
